With only a Five-minute walk to the beach, the villa is facing south with 180º view of the Mediterranean and surrounding costal cliffs. Over 230 m2 surrounded by tropical vegetation and fragrant orange and pine trees, it’s an ideal, peaceful and relaxing vacation environment. Located in a quiet and safe residential area South facing, fully air conditioned and tastefully furnished, it can accommodate up to 8 people in 5 large bedrooms/5 bathrooms.

This magnificent single-story Mediterranean Villa was completely renovated in 2017. The south-facing terraces overlook the garden with a panoramic view of the Mediterranean Sea and mountains. They are furnished with patio furniture, wrought iron dining table, hamac, a barbecue and lounge chairs for relaxing and dining alfresco. Guests will feel the ultimate luxury as they swim in the beautiful infinity pool.

Also, an exercise area with elliptical bike, bench and weight has been added recently. The exclusive garage is attached to the house and three more cars may be parked on a private street. There is also a security camera and alarm system.

A very nice and remote tennis court surrounded by trees is located only 50 meters from the Villa and opened until 10PM.
